He's what made Bon Jovi for me. Jon is ok, but Richie is what made the band great.

I've loved Jon for all my life, for the whole 27 years, but I've just listened to Richie's version for the first time and I'm wondering... do we really need Jon, if Richie can make it all work? It's amazing, fantastic, stunning, unbelieveable! (ok, I'm just kidding, we need Jon, but I'd like to listen to Richie on every album, every show)

This makes my heart smile....I always felt that Richie was the main writer of this and the Beatles always fronted their own tracks.  Wonderful to hear my favourite song of my mid teens delivered and performed like this.  <3 beautiful x..
